Full payment for all rental merchandise, as well as any additional deposits or services desired, is due in advance of your receipt of equipment. Credit will only be extended to accounts that have had a credit report completed on them. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken, burned, or damaged items.

Delivery is available with a fee determined by your ZIP code. Delivery is to the door at street level. If it is to be up or down stairs or at some distant location, there will be an additional charge. Special containers are provided for china, silver, and glassware to ensure that you receive your items table ready. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery. Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified.
| Pickup
All china, silver, utensils, and silver should be rinsed clean and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked. Wax must be removed from candelabras. All items must be assembled in a single location ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. | | Setup & Knockdown
Setup and knockdown service is available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization.
